These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Captured Moments by Christi (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By accessing my website, booking a session, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Captured Moments by Christi provides professional photography services, including but not limited to portraits, events, team photos, and print/digital image delivery through trusted third-party platforms.
2. Orders and Payments
- Orders for digital images and prints are processed securely through Pixieset and Stripe.
- When ordering prints, your information is shared with professional labs for production and shipping.
- All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of photography, refunds or exchanges are not offered once digital files or prints have been delivered.
3. Photo Galleries
- For team or group photography, please be aware that other teammates or families may have access to shared galleries.
- If you would like your gallery kept private, please contact me at christi@christiadams.com before your session or event.
4. Copyright & Usage
- All images created by Captured Moments by Christi are protected by U.S. copyright law.
- Clients receive a personal use license with their purchased digital images. This means you may share them on social media, print them for personal use, or display them for personal enjoyment.
- Images may not be resold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.
5. Photographer’s Rights
- I reserve the right to use images for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- If you prefer not to have your images shared publicly, you must notify me in writing before the session or order.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully before purchase.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of digital downloads once delivered. Galleries are typically available for a limited time.
7. Limitation of Liability
- While I take every care in handling and processing your images, Captured Moments by Christi is not liable for technical failures, printing errors by third-party labs, or delays beyond my control.
- In the unlikely event of equipment failure, accident, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent me from fulfilling my service, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy. I do not sell or market client information.
9. Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
